Assessment fees and booking
Fees
The cost of an assessment is $499 inclusive of GST. This fee includes:
One-hour psychology consultation (face to face or telehealth)
Interpretation and reporting of questionnaire results
Written report and resources
Please note that Medicare does not provide a rebate for assessments and reports. Private health insurance may cover some costs, however it is your responsibility to check this with your insurance company prior to booking an assessment.
Your surgeon or GP may have requested that you have an assessment prior to treatment.
Alternatively, you may have decided that you would benefit from an assessment yourself.
